We provide replacements only in eligible cases (see below).
When we’ll replace
Product arrived damaged, defective, or expired.
Our products are manufactured using recycled engineered wood as part of our sustainability efforts. Minor chipping on the sides may be present; however, this does not affect the beauty of the print or its intended decorative purpose.
A product will be considered damaged only if the print is visibly damaged, the hooks are missing or not properly attached, the tapestry is torn, or there is any defect that prevents it from being used for its intended purpose — such as hanging on the wall or for decoration.
You received the wrong item or your order is incomplete.
Replacement Requirements (must be provided)
Unboxing video showing condition at delivery (mandatory).
Photos of the outer box (front & back) showing the carrier label.
 Short video showing the issue:Images of all received products from 2–3 angles, plus the invoice.
How to Request a Replacement

Email customerfeedback@kathaplates.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your Order ID, issue details, and all required evidence listed above.
Replacement Process & Timeline
Review & Pickup — If approved, we’ll arrange pickup within 2–4 business days.
Replacement Dispatch — After we receive the product in its original condition, we’ll ship the replacement within 24–48 hours.

Record a clear unboxing video (show box, label, and product condition).
Send evidence (video + photos + invoice) with your Order ID to customerfeedback@kathaplates.com.
Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
